Process: To Kick Off Your Build

We need these core essentials to start sketching out your custom layout and design.

The Basics: Your business name, contact details (phone, email, address), and business hours. Your Logo: Your logo file (ideally a high-res PNG or SVG with a transparent background). Branding: Any specific colors you want us to use (or just link us to your Facebook/Instagram page and we can match them!). Services & Pricing: A simple list of what you offer, a brief description of each service, and your pricing (if you want prices shown on the site). The Domain: Your web address if you already own one. If you don't, just tell us what name you want and we will source it for you. A Few Photos: 3 to 10 high-quality photos of your work, your team, your shopfront, or your products to give the site an authentic look. Social Links: Links to your active business pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Social Proof: 2 or 3 customer testimonials or glowing reviews we can showcase. FAQ Content: Common questions your customers ask, so we can build a helpful FAQ section into your site. Account Access: Logins to your domain registrar (e.g., GoDaddy, Crazy Domains) so we can link your new site to your web address or we can give you your own DNS settings for you to change. Legal Pages: Standard Privacy Policy and Terms text. (Don't have these? Let us know and we can automatically generate standard Australian templates for your site).

Product Details: Product names, prices, short descriptions, and categories. We can convert Shopify stores to WooCommerce for $49 extra. Shipping Rules: Your delivery rates, flat fees, or free shipping thresholds. Store Rules: Your specific Return and Refund policies.
